Instantly and securely verify a new customer's identity to fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, when openning an account.
The process begins in the bank's app when the customer selects to use their wallet. The bank's system uses Truvity's Connector to generate a secure request, which is presented to the customer as a QR code or a button.
Inside the wallet, they review the bank's specific data request and give their explicit consent to share the information. Truvity manages the secure connection for this data exchange.
Truvity's platform receives the approved data, instantly verifies its authenticity, and uses it to pre-fill the application in the bank's app. The customer is returned to the app to see their verified details and gives one final confirmation to open the account.
